Continuous measurement process
Our high-grade precision products are manufactured in Hagen at two sites.The short distance between both of the sites and the alignment and equipment of all three of our galvanizing lines enable us to meet customer requirements with the utmost possible flexibility. Not only are we capable of meeting customer demands at short notice, but we can also produce both small quantities as well as large lots. We remain reliable in quantity and supply irrelevant of the requirements.Our customers obtain not merely ”electro galvanized steel strip”, but HDL- strip is a highly recognized seal of quality for all processes at H.D.Lenzen involved in the material flow- from purchasing to the supply.Our three galvanizing lines are state-of-the-art production lines. With our continuous improvement measures we guarantee productivity and reliable processes. With our product development we improve the corrosion resistance, enhance the adhesion properties and support the deformability. Thanks to the installation of a continuously measuring x-ray fluorescence system in the production process we have the ability to control the production parameters and hence guarantee optimal quality.We are capable of documenting the customer data specification with his specific instructions concerning the product which needs to be supplied.
